Our Warranties

Quality Home provides a 10 year labour warranty on all new shingle installations and an 8-year labour warranty on flat roofs. Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

A 50 year additional manufacturer’s warranty is available from CertainTeed and GAF. Quality Home is a Certified Master Shingler Installer with CertainTeed and certified with GAF , which allows us to provide additional manufacturer warranties.

Repairs are not warrantied, but if a leak or issue persists, Quality Home will always follow up to review and remedy the situation.
